The stainless steel Dependa-Bar is a wall mounted grab bar with a pivoting and locking dual rail. The Dependa-Bar™ is a revolutionary combination of a standard wall mounted grab bar, with the well proven benefits of the SuperBar for movable support. Designed for bathing, toileting and other environments where grab bars are required.
There is No wobbling with this moveable grab bar. It mounts to structural studs in a wide 3-point pattern creating unrivaled support. The Dependa-Bar is ADA compliant. The fixed horizontal grab bar (1 " dia) has 1 " clearance from the wall. When locked against the wall, the Dependa-Bar is aligned with the fixed horizontal grab bar.

- DB-32-SS has a 32 inch lower grab rail and is stainless steel.
- DB-18-SS has an 18 inch lower grab rail and is stainless steel.
- DB-32-WH has a 32 inch lower grab rail and is white powder coated stainless steel.
- DB-18-WH has an 18 inch lower grab rail and is white powder coated stainless steel.

- Pivot Rail - 1¼"/3.175 cm grip diameter, stainless steel construction.
- Pivot Rail Height - 30½"/78cm vertical rail height.
- Pivot Rail Length - “P” shaped dual rail extends 21.75"/53cm length from bathtub wall (6"/15cm spacing between horizontal rails). Locks every 45° (5 positions).
- Horizontal Grab Bar - 1¼"/3.175cm grip diameter. 1½"/3.81cm clearance from wall (ADA compliant). Height adjustable at time of installation, typically 4"/10cm from top of bathtub surface. Stainless steel construction.
- Horizontal Grab Bar Lengths - 18"/46cm (accomodates standard stud spacing of 16" from center to center) and 32"/81cm lengths available.
- Weight Capacity - 250lbs/113kg. capacity.
Note: The Dependa-Bar should only be installed in areas where the mounting surface is structurally sound. If you are not equipped to undertake the outlined work we recommend that you have your Dependa-Bar installed by a qualified contractor. The Dependa-Bar must be secured to wall with fasteners appropriate to the structural material. Fasteners must be rated for certain retention force each for maximum weight capacity (see within for recommendations). Mounting fasteners should be inspected monthly and tightened if necessary. Rail is capable of supporting a maximum suggested user weight of 250lbs/113kg.
